the date stated in the General Provisions of the Notice under number 2, which was
previously:

2. The Company's Shareholders entitled to attend or be represented and to vote at
the Meeting are the Company's Shareholders whose names are recorded in the
Company's Shareholder Register on May 12, 2026, or holders of securities account
balances in the Collective Custody of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI") at
the close of trading on May 12, 2026.
After amendment:

Company's Shareholder Register on May 13, 2026, or holders of securities account
